NOW IN ITS THIRD DECADE of service to Fortune 1000 companies, The Jay Group truly began to realize the fruits of the Chryst family's labors. The company now provided fully-integrated marketing and fulfillment services, and further investments in technology and quality processes allowed The Jay Group to maintain its competitive edge. In 1991, Dana Chryst was named president, and with that came the emergence of a new kind of employee culture. She implemented cutting edge practices such as open book management, employee communications, rewards and recognition. Additionally, Jay University was established to provide on-the-job training for employees, as well as reimbusement for college credits.
