| Required Skills: | Qualified applicant will have a Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience. Experience with statistical analysis, performance analysis, continuous quality improvement, and coaching is required. Proficiency using spreadsheets, word processing, database, and presentation software is required. Knowledge of Order Management Systems and Warehouse Management / inventory management software is preferred. |
| Description: | The QCM is responsible for developing, maintaining, and promoting quality assurance/control audit programs that meet the changing needs of The Jay Group. This includes implementation, administration, review, and continuous improvement of corporate processes for adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, procedures and/or client requirements. Tracks and trends compliance, analyzes processes, prepares reports, and makes recommendations in written and verbal format. Initiates executive committee level communications regarding quality. |
