Cost Estimator II

Bachelors Degree in a Business related field preferred and/or relevant work experience. Ability to balance salability of quotes with financial stewardship. Understanding of basic cost accounting principles and profitability drivers. Ability to juggle multiple priorities while still maintaining an acute attention to detail. Initiative to secure the information necessary to complete quotes accurately and in a timely manner. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong written and oral communication skills along with presentation skills. Strong problem solving skills and ability to understand complex data relationships within an integrated system.

Work with internal departments to provide approved price quotations to appropriate parties, concentrating on horizontal growth opportunities in the Fulfillment business unit, preparing change orders, supply quotes, workorder quotes, requotes and business quotes as required. Provides associated reporting and analysis in support of pricing and profitability. Assists on contracts and other client-related financial matters as required. Interacts with clients and with internal personnel on RFP, RFQ and RFI's. Assists purchasing personnel in determining procurement requirements.
