New Business Development Director (Account Executive)

Position: New Business Development Director
Location: Corporate HQ, Lancaster, PA
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Status: Full-Time
Desired Skills:  Ideal candidate will have fulfillment and consumer promotions sales background.  PC literacy a must.
Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and 5-8 years of successful outside sales experience.

Description:

This position requires generating new leads through cold-calls as well as following up on leads generated through Marketing.  Responsible for building sales, maximizing profit potential, and building long-standing relationships with assigned and potential customers. Maintain active cycle-of-calling plan that leads to steady movement of prospects toward secured new business.  Travel will be required.
