The following steps must be taken to be considered for employment at The Jay Group -
-
Interested persons
must complete an
application and/or
submit a resume.
- After reviewing the application
and/or resume, qualified candidates
will be contacted by a member of
the Human Resources Department for
a brief phone screening.
- If the applicant continues to meet the qualifications, an initial interview is set up with Human Resources. A further assessment of the applicant's skills may be needed at this time.
- If the evaluation is positive, Human Resources then forwards the candidate's application, resume, and assessment results to the hiring supervisor.
- The supervisor reviews the information and conducts a second interview.
- When the supervisor selects the most qualified candidate, background and reference checks are completed prior to the job offer. Some positions may also require a drug screening.
