Our client, one of the largest financial services companies in the country, needed an experienced fulfillment partner to coordinate their annual prospectus changeover. Existing prospectuses needed to be purged and destroyed for compliance. New prospectuses needed to be received, put away and made available for order immediately after outdated prospectuses are purged.
Solution Description
- Coordinate and lead the prospectus changeover project in conjunction with our client and their financial services print vendor
- Create a detailed project plan for shipping orders already in process, purging outdated inventory and releasing updated material for new order fulfillment, minimizing any delays in order processing
- Maintain a daily record of inbound shipments to monitor receipts and pending purchase orders and expected delivery dates
- Audit active locations after purge for clearance prior to releasing new inventory
