    The Jay Group CEO Dana Chryst has been nominated for the Central Penn Business Journal's "25 Women of Influence" award.  Nominees are women leaders who are influential in their companies, industries, and communities and have a solid reputation based on experience, integrity and leadership.
  • The Jay Group Recognized by DiversityBusiness.com
    The Jay Group was recently named one of the top diversity businesses in both PA and the US for 2009.  This award is granted annually by DiversityBusiness.com, the largest organization of diversity owned businesses throughout the United States.  The Jay Group was recognized as a Top Privately Owned Business and a Top Woman Owned Business in the US and as a Top Privately Owned and Top Woman Owned Business in PA. 
  • The Jay Group receives award for wellness in the workplace
    The Jay Group was recently awarded the "2010 Well Workplace" award by the Lancaster County Coalition.  The award is given to companies who show initiative in creating and maintaining a healthy work environment for their employees. 
  • The Jay Group SVP selected to Pennsylvania Army National Guard Senior Leadership Position
    David Wood, SVP and Director of Contact Center Services, has been promoted to Colonel in the Army National Guard and selected to command the 28th Combat Aviation Brigade, headquartered in Fort Indiantown Gap, Lebanon County, PA. Wood's new duties as a Reserve Commander begin December 23, 2009. He has served as a Pennsylvania National Guardsman for the past 12 years in a variety of command and staff positions, in addition to his senior leadership role at The Jay group.
  • The Jay Group Employees Recognized by SOCAP
    The Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP) held their annual Star Awards luncheon on September 24, 2009.  The Star Award is presented to individuals who have shown outstanding levels of commitment and dedication to customer service.  This year The Jay Group was pleased to have eight recipients of this prestigious award.  They were Lauren Blantz, Julie Haldeman, Brian Helman, Mage Jones, Vang Lee, John Shank, Claire-Lynn Wallace, and Courtney Wolpert.  This years luncheon was held at the Crayola Factory in Easton, PA and featured a tour of the plant as well as an address by ESPN Radio personality Dr. Jarrod Spencer.
