Charlie Heisey, Customer Experience Manager – The Jay Group
Charlie joined The Jay Group in 2017 as the Customer Experience Manager. He brings nearly 25 years of leadership experience with Donnelley Financial Services across all facets of the organization with the last 15 years leading Service and New Customer Onboarding teams.
In his role he leads the Client Services team comprised of Account Managers, Subject Matter Experts and Administrative staff to support all daily customer interaction necessary to ensure consistent, smooth delivery for our customers and theirs.
Charlie is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He is a father of four and enjoys golf, cooking, pub trivia as well as being a first-time grandfather.
