Blake Dudek, President and COO

Blake is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Jay Group (JG). Grandson of founder, J Freeland Chryst, and son of President & CEO, Dana Chryst, Blake officially joined the team in 2012 as a Director of Business Development in the Sales department.

Since 2012, Blake has worked in every division of the company.

During his time in sales, Blake developed effective customer service and fulfillment solutions for clients. The active listening skills he honed in this role have been a critical component to his success in driving business growth for JG and its clients. Today, active listening remains a key part of JG’s client services plan as potential and current clients are able to connect directly with JG executives.

As VP of Contact Center Services in JG’s Customer Care division, Blake oversaw the integration of new technology that improved efficiencies and increased adherence by more than 20%. His efforts to exceed client expectations united leadership and left a lasting impact on the department.

In his role as VP of Jay Group, Blake worked in the Fulfillment Operations division. During his time on the floor, he oversaw the setup of JG’s Hempland Road warehouse and managed the day to day operations of the facility through its first PEAK season.

Today, as COO, Blake is responsible for the overall strategic vision and operational execution for the company. Through investments in people and technology, Blake currently leads a team of innovators dedicated to positively impacting clients.

Blake holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on entrepreneurship and marketing from Babson College.

When not working, Blake is most likely to be found outdoors, traveling, or testing a new recipe in the kitchen.
