Jay Chittick, Manager – Client Services, The Jay Group
Jay is a 15-year-veteran of the Jay Group who has held a variety of critical roles as a team leader focused on quality management and client satisfaction. Jay is a certified quality manager, and was responsible for launching the systems that are at the foundation of our excellent and accurate delivery of services to our clients today. Under his leadership, The Jay Group secured the Federal and State registrations we continue to maintain certifying our adherence to Good Manufacturing Processes and other regulatory compliance protocols which allow us to support our growing and diversified client base.
Jay’s knowledge of the company and his experience makes him a great resource to the Client Services Department he manages today. His leadership, problem-solving, and communications skills empower him and his team to provide extraordinary customer service to our clients.
A graduate of Iowa State University, Jay began his career as a Strategic Planner with Advocap, Inc., a non-profit agency providing community outreach services, and later, he joined the National Opinion Research Center at the University of Chicago serving as Contact Center Supervisor and Project Coordinator supporting the Center of Disease Control and Prevention.
