Phil joined The Jay Group (TJG) in 2018 as the Contact Center Director. In this role, Phil provides strategic direction for the Contact Center to support the needs of TJG’s diverse client list. His focus is on optimizing TJG systems to provide the highest quality multichannel (email, chat, text, social media) customer and technical support solutions.
Phil possesses extensive experience in IT, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Production Planning and Project Management fields. Prior to joining TJG, Phil was the Senior Vice-President of Information Technology for Donnelley Financial Solutions.
Phil is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College. Outside of work, Phil enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing, or on the beach!
