Rick Miller, Vice President – Business Development
Rick leads our Inside Sales initiatives and is responsible for maximizing profit potential and building long-lasting client relationships while ensuring their continuous satisfaction with the services we provide. Over his 16 year career with The Jay Group, Rick has held a variety of sales and client management roles including Sales Executive and Director of Client Services.
Rick counts among his greatest professional achievements the successful on-boarding of some of The Jay Group’s most important Fortune 1000 clients – including Heineken USA, Johnson & Johnson, Connect Your Care, Rational USA and Shipwire.
Prior to joining The Jay Group, Rick spent 20 years as the Director of Sales Operations with The SWATCH Group (a division of Swiss-owned SMH –US, the parent company of the Hamilton Watch Company) with responsibility for corporate sales.
Rick is an avid long-distance road biker and also enjoys reading historical novels, lawn-work and sampling local restaurants with his wife and friends. In addition, he has held the elected position of Judge of Elections for the local election board for the past 27 years and is active in his church as Chairman of the Property Committee.
