The Jay Group uses the Qlik Sense interface to visualize and explore relationships between complex data sources in real-time. This results in improved planning, visibility, increased performance, and risk reduction.

  • Proprietary Order Management System (OMS):

Running on an IBM AS400 environment, this custom order management system is fully integrated with our WMS, Contact Center, and Operations Facility.

  • Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System (WMS):

Running on an IBM AS400 environment, this custom warehouse management system is fully integrated with our OMS and Operations Facility.

  • Cloud Based Telephony System:

This cloud based, unified communications platform supports our Contact Center with omnichannel service offerings such as voice, email, chat, SMS & social media.

  • Proprietary Time Management System (TMS):

Fully integrated with our Billing Management System (BMS), TMS also functions as a Labor Management System (LMS), tracking employee time closely for the most accurate reporting possible.
