Through this online fulfillment management portal, clients manage inventory, orders, backorders, receiving, inventory reorder levels, shipments, shipment confirmation emails, shipping history, sales and marketing reports, and much more – all in real-time. The interactive site also allows clients to enter or edit orders, enter incoming inventory purchase orders, and cancel pending orders. In addition, because it is powered by Qlik, a data-driven Decision Support System, this flexible and easy to learn portal displays key metrics and the status of important KPIs in real-time.
Customized logins provide different levels of access for all members of your team. Additionally, each user can customize their views and reporting outputs to only display information that is beneficial to his/her daily operations.
