Gene Palow, Contact Center Manager, The Jay Group
Beginning his career in the contact center industry with Verizon, Gene joined the The Jay Group as a Customer Service Representative in December of 2014.
With the extensive knowledge in customer service, Gene possesses the dedication to hard work, attention to detail and a desire for growth, Gene was rapidly promoted to Contact Center Supervisor and then Contact Center Manager.
Gene manages the day-to-day operations of the Contact Center while leading his team of Contact Center Supervisors, Account Managers, Customer Service Specialists and Customer Service Representatives.
During his free time, Gene loves to spend time with his family, plans events and even bakes!
