Beginning his career in the contact center industry with Verizon, Gene joined Jay Group as a Customer Service Representative in December of 2014 and was rapidly promoted to Contact Center Supervisor and then Contact Center Manager.
Gene’s most recent promotion to Quality Manager moves him to Jay Group’s fulfillment division. His responsibilities include the implementation, administration, review, and continuous improvement of corporate processes for adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, procedures and/or client requirements.
In this role, Gene is committed to exceeding client’s quality expectations.
During his free time, Gene loves to spend time with his family, plan events and even bake!
