Kate Golden, VP of Finance and Administration 

Kate Golden serves as Controller for Jay Group (JG). In this role, Kate establishes, monitors, and enforces internal controls, policies and procedures that help guide financial decisions. Kate also leads the company’s annual budget development process.

Since joining JG as a Client Services Supervisor in 2004 she has held multiple management positions within the company including Customer Services Manager, Director of Client Services & Procurement, and Quality & Compliance Manager.

Kate uses her in-depth experience of internal JG processes as well as the Contact Center and Fulfillment industries to identify opportunities to support both JG and JG clients.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Millersville University.

When not working, Kate enjoys spending time with her son, the outdoors, cooking, and reading.
